Collette Rance, founder and President of The Retirement Resource Group, knows how to help. In 2012, Collette pivoted from educating our youth to helping the Central Florida area with its diverse health and financial planning needs.
After graduating from Winter Park High School, Collette attended the University of Central Florida, earning her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Never one to settle, Collette pursued a Master of Arts degree from Buffalo State College and her Administration and Supervision degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Dedicated, well-informed, and patient, Collette guides clients in making life decisions related to health coverage, investing in retirement, and life insurance. She recognizes each person’s situation is different, with different needs, and through consulting with a client, develops a customized approach. Her experience in education honed her ability for interpreting data, financials and other cumbersome material into easy-to-understand language.
When asked about her business model, Collette responded: it’s all about people. Collette cultivates long-term relationships: not clients, meaning you have someone in your corner 24/7 willing to help you. From questions about Universal Life Insurance to finding a doctor in your network, Collette will be there for you.
Her experience in the classroom taught her the only “stupid” questions are those which remain unasked. Collette welcomes your questions: 407-970-8623.
